StreamNeo provides cloud infrastructure for 24/7 live streaming. Users upload their own content and stream it to platforms like YouTube and Facebook using their own stream keys. All content is viewed by audiences on the destination platform — not on StreamNeo.
Because you control what you stream through your own platform account, you are fully responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and complies with both this policy and the destination platform's terms of service.
StreamNeo is a cloud-based streaming infrastructure tool. Users upload their own video content and stream it to third-party platforms such as YouTube and Facebook via RTMP keys. StreamNeo does not host, publish, or display content to end viewers — all streams are delivered to and consumed on the destination platform. As such, StreamNeo functions as a tool, similar to OBS Studio or other broadcasting software, but operated from the cloud. The user's channel or account on the destination platform is where viewers watch the stream, and that platform's own content policies and copyright enforcement apply.
You may use StreamNeo to: • Stream original content that you created yourself. • Stream content for which you hold a valid license or written permission from the rights holder. • Stream content that falls under fair use or fair dealing provisions of applicable copyright law. • Stream public domain content. • Run 24/7 streams of music, podcasts, or videos for which you have commercial streaming rights. • Use StreamNeo for promotional or business purposes, provided all content complies with this policy.
You may NOT use StreamNeo to: • Stream copyrighted movies, TV shows, music, or other media without authorization from the rights holder. • Restream content from other YouTube channels, Facebook pages, or any third-party source without explicit permission. • Stream content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene. • Stream content that promotes violence, terrorism, hate speech, discrimination, or illegal activities. • Stream sexually explicit or pornographic material. • Stream content that violates the privacy or publicity rights of any third party. • Use StreamNeo to spam, mislead, or deceive viewers. • Attempt to circumvent YouTube's Content ID, Facebook copyright systems, or any other copyright detection system on destination platforms. • Use multiple accounts to evade enforcement actions taken against a previous account.
When you stream through StreamNeo to YouTube or Facebook, you must also comply with that platform's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and copyright policies. • YouTube's Content ID system independently scans all live streams for copyrighted material. If your stream is flagged, YouTube may mute, block, or terminate your stream — and issue strikes to your channel. • Facebook has its own copyright enforcement systems that may take action against infringing streams. • StreamNeo is not responsible for actions taken by any destination platform against your channel or account. • Repeated violations on any destination platform may also result in enforcement action on your StreamNeo account. StreamNeo operates as an additional layer of responsibility on top of each destination platform's own enforcement systems.
StreamNeo enforces this policy through the following measures: • Admin review: All new streaming slots require manual admin approval before activation. • Warning system: First-time minor violations may result in a warning and content removal. • Slot suspension: Repeated or serious violations will result in streaming slot suspension. • Account termination: Egregious or repeated violations will result in permanent account termination with no refund. • DMCA compliance: We maintain a full DMCA takedown and counter-notification process. See our DMCA Policy for details. • Cooperation with authorities: We may report illegal activity to law enforcement when required or appropriate.
