How you receive what you buy

Streaming slots, renewals and wallet top-ups are delivered online, in your StreamNeo account at app.streamneo.com. A slot you buy is added to your account as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a minute; a renewal extends the slot's paid period at the same moment, and a top-up shows in your wallet balance. We email a receipt to the address on your account.

If something has not arrived

Some orders are checked by our team before a slot becomes active. If a slot, renewal or top-up you paid for does not appear within 24 hours of a confirmed payment, write to [email protected] with your order or payment ID. If we cannot deliver it, you get a full refund under our Refund policy.
