StreamNeo does not host, display, or distribute content to end viewers — all streams are delivered to and viewed on the destination platform (e.g., YouTube or Facebook), which enforces its own content policies, copyright systems, and protections. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they own or have proper authorization (license, permission, or fair use right) for all content they upload to and stream through StreamNeo. By using our service, each user represents and warrants that their content does not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights.

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that content being streamed through StreamNeo infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include: 1. Your full legal name and contact information (address, phone number, email). 2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. 3. Identification of the material that is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (e.g., username, stream URL, or video title). 4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. 5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf. 6. If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include: 1. Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email address. 2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal. 3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification. 4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which StreamNeo may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice. 5. Your physical or electronic signature. Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content.

StreamNeo maintains a strict repeat infringer policy in accordance with the DMCA: • First offense: The infringing content is removed and the user receives a formal warning via email. • Second offense: The infringing content is removed, the user's streaming slot is suspended, and a second warning is issued. • Third offense: The user's account is permanently terminated and all associated streaming slots are revoked. No refund will be issued. We reserve the right to terminate any account at any time if we determine, at our sole discretion, that the user is engaging in willful or egregious copyright infringement — even on a first offense.

StreamNeo operates as infrastructure — a tool that transmits user-provided content to third-party streaming platforms via RTMP. The end viewers watch content on the destination platform (e.g., YouTube or Facebook), not on StreamNeo. These destination platforms maintain their own robust copyright enforcement systems: • YouTube's Content ID automatically scans and flags copyrighted material. • YouTube and Facebook each process DMCA claims independently and may issue strikes to the channel or account owner. • Destination platforms may terminate channels or accounts that repeatedly violate their policies. StreamNeo's DMCA process is an additional layer of protection on top of the destination platform's own enforcement. If a rights holder identifies infringing content on any destination platform, they may also file a claim directly with that platform in addition to notifying StreamNeo.

StreamNeo takes content integrity seriously. In addition to our DMCA process, we implement the following proactive measures: • Gated access: Every streaming slot purchased requires manual admin approval before the user can begin streaming. This provides a gatekeeping layer before any content goes live. • Account verification: All users must verify their email and identity during registration. • Admin controls: Our team can suspend or terminate any user account, revoke streaming slots, and remove uploaded content at any time. • Terms enforcement: Our Terms & Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy explicitly prohibit uploading or streaming content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights. • User reporting: Users and third parties can report potential violations via our contact form or by emailing [email protected].
