We collect several types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our service to you: • Personal Information: When you sign up for StreamNeo, we collect information such as your name, email address, billing information, and profile details. • Usage Data: We collect information on how you access and use our services, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on those pages, and other diagnostic data. • Stream Content: We store content you upload for streaming, including videos, images, and audio files. • Payment Information: When you make purchases, we collect payment details necessary to process your transaction (though we do not store complete credit card information).
We use the collected information for various purposes, including to: • Provide and maintain our service • Notify you about changes to our service • Allow you to participate in interactive features • Provide customer support • Monitor usage of our service • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues • Provide personalized content and recommendations • Process payments and prevent fraud

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes in this Privacy Policy, or as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our policies. Video storage follows the user's active slots. Each active Daily or Demo slot includes 5 GB, and each active Monthly slot includes 10 GB; allowances are cumulative. When no slot remains active, new uploads are disabled and existing videos enter a 30-day grace period measured from the latest slot expiry. The dashboard shows the deletion deadline, and we send account-lifecycle notices before deletion. If no slot is purchased or renewed before the deadline, video files and backup copies under our control are permanently deleted. Activating a slot before deletion cancels that deletion cycle. Payment, security, and audit records may be retained separately where required by law or legitimate fraud-prevention and accounting needs.
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including: • Access: You can request copies of your personal information we hold. • Rectification: You can ask us to correct inaccurate information or complete incomplete information. • Erasure: In certain circumstances, you can ask us to delete your personal information. • Restriction: You can ask us to suspend processing of your personal information. • Data Portability: You may have the right to obtain and reuse your personal information across different services. • Objection: You may have the right to object to our processing of your personal information.
Our services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.
