Muvi Live YouTube Streaming Pricing and Plans: What to Check Before Buying

Muvi Live lists three pricing tiers for YouTube streaming. Compare prices, limits, billing, simulcasting and variable costs before buying.

Muvi Live’s official pricing page lists Standard at $99/month, Professional at $299/month and Enterprise at $799/month. Those are the displayed figures, but the page also includes a yearly selector whose active billing state is not clear from the captured page, so confirm the amount and billing cadence before you pay.

Muvi advertises YouTube simulcasting, but the subscription price is only one part of the decision. Concurrent events, viewers, resolution, included bandwidth, streaming hours and variable infrastructure charges can change the real cost of running a channel.

Prices checked, and why you should verify them

The figures in this guide come from Muvi’s official pages checked on 3 October 2026. You can review the Muvi Live pricing page yourself, but treat it as a point-in-time reference rather than a permanent price list. Streaming products change their plan names, inclusions and billing controls, and the page needs to be read together with any written quote you receive.

Muvi’s site had displayed a promotion ending on 10 September 2026. That date had already passed when the research was checked, so it should not be treated as a current discount or used to calculate what you will pay now. A price shown near an old promotion can also create confusion if a cached page, search result or sales message presents different terms.

There is a second reason to slow down. Muvi’s official pages describe hourly live-streaming charges differently. The pricing FAQ gives one active-server rate, while the separate variable-fees page gives another standard overage rate and a bulk-rate range. Neither figure should be silently selected as the answer for every account.

For a small devotional, study or local-news channel, ask Muvi to confirm the exact monthly subscription, billing cadence, included allowance, overage rate and resolution applicable to your account. Keep that answer with the order confirmation. It is more useful than relying on a screenshot of a pricing selector.

These are vendor-published prices and thresholds, not independent measurements of reliability or YouTube performance. A higher tier can provide more capacity on paper, but no plan price proves that a 24/7 broadcast will never stop.

The listed Muvi Live plans

The official comparison lists three main tiers. The table below repeats the figures and allowances shown by Muvi’s pricing page, checked in October 2026.

Plan Listed price Concurrent events Concurrent users Included monthly infrastructure Notable listed features
Standard $99/month 2 10,000 100 GB bandwidth; 10 streaming hours HD streaming, HLS/RTMP, sharing and embedding
Professional $299/month 100 50,000 500 GB bandwidth; 50 streaming hours Standard features, 4K, player customisation and branding
Enterprise $799/month Unlimited 50,000+ 1 TB bandwidth; 100 streaming hours Professional features, dedicated server and role-based access control in the plan summary

As listed on Muvi’s site in October 2026, Standard is aimed at a smaller number of simultaneous live events and provides the smallest included bandwidth and streaming-hour allowances. Professional increases the listed event and audience ceilings and adds 4K and player customisation in the comparison. Enterprise is the tier with unlimited concurrent events in the summary, plus larger included allowances and additional administrative controls.

Those labels do not automatically tell you which plan suits a YouTube channel. A single continuous broadcast may use only one event at a time, making the concurrent-event allowance less important than the included streaming hours and infrastructure terms. Conversely, an organisation running several launches, classes or news feeds at once may care more about event concurrency.

Muvi also lists unlimited live streaming as a common plan feature. Read that alongside the plan-specific bandwidth and streaming-hour allowances rather than treating it as unlimited included infrastructure. The word may describe the ability to run live streams, while the practical cost still depends on how long the live server runs and how much delivery capacity the account consumes.

The listed prices also do not prove that every feature is available in exactly the same way for every YouTube workflow. If you need a continuous loop, a scheduled event, several destinations or a branded player outside YouTube, ask for the relevant configuration in writing rather than assuming that the plan summary covers it.

Monthly or yearly billing is not clear enough to assume

Muvi’s pricing page displays monthly and yearly billing controls and places “Save 15%” beside the yearly option. The captured page does not make the selected billing state clear because the pricing controls appear more than once and the extracted content does not resolve which state is active.

That means you should not calculate an annual total by multiplying the displayed monthly amount, and you should not apply the “Save 15%” label without confirming what it refers to. It may be a yearly-billing comparison, but the live page and order screen should establish the actual amount, payment timing and renewal terms.

Before purchase, ask these simple questions:

  • Is the displayed Standard, Professional or Enterprise amount a month-to-month price, a monthly equivalent on an annual commitment, or another billing presentation?
  • Is the yearly saving applied to the subscription only, or does it affect usage and infrastructure charges as well?
  • Is payment collected for the whole year in advance?
  • What happens if you move up or down a plan during the billing period?
  • Are unused streaming hours or bandwidth carried forward?
  • Which taxes, currency conversion charges or payment fees could apply to your invoice?

Do not infer the answer from the position of a toggle. Request a written quote that names the plan, billing term, currency, renewal arrangement and any usage charges. If you are testing a devotional stream or a small business channel, this is particularly important because a yearly commitment can be a poor fit while you are still checking whether your audience and schedule justify the service.

A price comparison should also separate the subscription from variable use. A plan that appears affordable for occasional events may become less predictable when it runs continuously. That is why a 24/7 operator should model a normal month, a month with extra tests and a month where the stream needs to be restarted or reconfigured.

YouTube simulcasting: available, but confirm your workflow

Muvi advertises social-platform simulcasting that includes YouTube. Its pages describe HLS and RTMP feeds, and the pricing comparison lists RTMP/HLS streaming. Muvi also describes direct webcam streaming and streaming from its mobile application. You can read its live video streaming overview for the vendor’s description of those features.

Simulcasting means that one live event can be sent to more than one destination. That is different from proving that your particular YouTube channel, account, encoder arrangement and schedule will work without additional setup. The pages reviewed do not settle every account-specific YouTube prerequisite, destination limit or configuration requirement.

For a pre-recorded 24/7 channel, ask whether Muvi expects you to upload a file, provide an RTMP input, use a particular encoder or create the YouTube event first. Confirm whether the same setup supports a continuously looping video, and whether the event must be restarted after a planned stop. A workflow designed for a two-hour conference may not behave the same way as a devotional loop that is intended to continue overnight.

You should also check YouTube’s current requirements directly. Its official live streaming help covers the platform-side process, while YouTube’s encoder settings guidance explains the information relevant to sending a stream. These are primary platform documents, but they do not replace confirmation from Muvi about how its product supplies the feed.

Run a private test before announcing the channel. The test should cover the complete path: source file or camera, Muvi configuration, YouTube event, playback on a mobile connection, audio continuity and what happens when the source reaches its end. A useful private YouTube loop test can reveal a black frame, silent audio, a wrong aspect ratio or an event that does not resume as expected.

If you intend to send the same event to Facebook as well as YouTube, ask whether the listed plan includes that destination without an additional fee. If YouTube is the only destination, simulcasting may be useful but may not justify paying for capacity you will not use.

Match the plan to event, audience and resolution needs

Choose by workload rather than by the plan name. There are four practical questions: how many live events must run at the same time, how many viewers may connect, what resolution is needed, and how much live-server time and delivery capacity the schedule consumes.

One channel, several events, or a larger operation

If you run one continuous YouTube channel, the concurrent-event figure is not the same as the number of viewers. Standard lists two concurrent events and 10,000 concurrent users, as listed on Muvi’s site in October 2026. A single event with a modest audience can therefore be a better fit than several separate events, even if the stream itself runs for long periods.

Professional lists 100 concurrent events and 50,000 concurrent users, while Enterprise lists unlimited concurrent events and 50,000+ concurrent users, according to the same October 2026 comparison. These are plan thresholds, not forecasts of how many people YouTube will recommend your broadcast to, and they do not guarantee that the audience will arrive or remain connected.

For a school, temple, local publisher or small shop, write down the maximum number of separate broadcasts you expect to run at once. Count a live class and a devotional channel separately if they need separate events. Do not count a playlist of videos as several concurrent events unless Muvi confirms that its system treats them that way.

HD or 4K

Standard lists HD streaming. Professional and Enterprise list 4K, along with player customisation and branding for Professional in the comparison. As listed on Muvi’s site in October 2026, that makes Professional the first of these tiers where the plan summary names 4K.

4K is not automatically better for every YouTube channel. A static bhajan image, spoken podcast or text-heavy local-news loop may gain little from it, while the higher resolution can affect source preparation, viewer data use and the rate quoted for variable streaming infrastructure. If most viewers watch on mobile data, a clear HD stream with dependable audio may be the more sensible target.

Ask Muvi whether the resolution is measured at the input, processing stage or delivered output, and whether 4K changes the hourly charge. The variable-fees page states that its displayed rates apply to resolutions up to 1080p and directs buyers to sales for higher resolutions. That makes a written 4K quote essential.

Branding, analytics and administration

Professional and Enterprise list player customisation and branding. Other comparison axes include DVR, analytics, security controls, admin accounts and support. The importance of each depends on the channel: a public YouTube loop may need little more than a stable source and correct title, while a paid event or organisation with several operators may need roles, access controls and reporting.

For a comparison with other ways to operate a continuous channel, see this guide to 24/7 YouTube streaming services and their limits. Do not use a feature checklist alone. Ask whether the feature applies to YouTube output, an embedded Muvi player, or both.

Check infrastructure and the other costs

The plan comparison lists monthly infrastructure allowances of 100 GB bandwidth and 10 streaming hours for Standard, 500 GB and 50 hours for Professional, and 1 TB and 100 hours for Enterprise. These figures are listed by Muvi’s site in October 2026. The comparison also says that overage fees apply.

The streaming-hour allowance matters to an always-on channel. A service that runs a live server for the duration of a broadcast counts time differently from a service that simply stores a file and delivers it on demand. Muvi’s pricing FAQ says that the live server is active for the duration of the stream and lists a charge of $0.50 per active streaming-server hour, as listed on Muvi’s site in October 2026.

Muvi’s separate variable-fees page lists standard Muvi Live overage at $1 per hour and bulk live-streaming-hour rates from $1 per hour down to $0.70 per hour at 10,000 hours. It says the displayed rates apply to resolutions up to 1080p and directs buyers to sales for higher resolutions. These figures conflict with the $0.50 per-hour figure in the pricing FAQ, so do not choose one silently.

Ask which rate applies to your plan, whether it is charged for every active server hour, and whether a 24/7 broadcast consumes one hour when there are no viewers. Ask how a partial hour is rounded and whether tests, previews, failed starts and parallel destinations count. Also ask whether bandwidth is measured at upload, processing or viewer delivery.

A monthly cost model should include:

  • the subscription and its billing commitment;
  • expected streaming hours, including tests and restarts;
  • the applicable hourly or infrastructure overage rate;
  • expected bandwidth and the resolution used;
  • any separate charge for additional destinations, storage, recording or support;
  • taxes, currency conversion and payment fees;
  • any revenue share if you use Muvi’s pay-per-view tools.

Muvi’s pricing page lists pay-per-view monetisation, built-in payment processing, instant payouts and support for 135+ currencies. It also lists a 9% PPV commission, implying 91% retained on that page. A separate Muvi product page says customers keep 90% of earnings. Because those official pages differ, obtain the current commission and payout terms in writing before using them in a revenue forecast.

If you are comparing a cloud service with running your own computer, include the practical cost of electricity, broadband, maintenance and overnight recovery. A guide to hosting an always-on YouTube stream on AWS from India can help frame that comparison, but your own workload and technical tolerance determine which route is sensible.

For an uploaded file that needs to run on YouTube while your computer is switched off, StreamNeo removes the need to leave a local machine running and provides automatic monitoring and restart for that specific workflow. It is YouTube-only, so it is not a substitute for a service chosen mainly for multi-destination events, advanced event production or a built-in pay-per-view operation.

Questions to confirm with Muvi before buying

Send Muvi a description of the exact channel rather than asking only for the cheapest plan. Include whether the source is a camera, a single uploaded file, a rotating playlist or an external encoder; whether the stream should run continuously; the target resolution; the expected destinations; and whether you need recording, DVR, branding or viewer payments.

Then ask for direct answers to the following:

  1. Which plan supports this exact YouTube workflow, and does it require a separate encoder or RTMP input?
  2. What billing cadence is represented by the displayed price, and is the yearly option paid upfront?
  3. What are the included bandwidth and streaming-hour allowances for the quoted plan?
  4. Which hourly charge applies: the $0.50 active-server figure in the pricing FAQ, the $1 standard overage figure, or another rate?
  5. Does the quoted rate apply to the chosen resolution, especially if you want 4K?
  6. How are partial hours, testing, failed starts and simultaneous events billed?
  7. Can one event continue indefinitely, and what happens when a file or playlist ends?
  8. Are there account, destination or YouTube prerequisites that are not shown in the plan table?
  9. Which features apply to YouTube output and which apply only to an embedded Muvi player?
  10. What is the current PPV commission, payout schedule and currency treatment if you plan to charge viewers?
  11. What support channel is included, and what help is available during an overnight failure?
  12. What happens if you exceed the plan’s limits, and can the account be upgraded without interrupting the broadcast?

Request the answers in the quote or order documentation. A sales call can be useful, but a written scope gives you something concrete to compare with the invoice and the live dashboard.

A private trial or test event should be part of the buying process. Verify that the stream appears correctly on YouTube, that sound remains in sync, that the intended resolution is available, and that stopping and restarting behaves as described. For a channel assembled from several episodes, a guide to automating a rotating video playlist for YouTube Live is useful when checking what should happen between files.

Before committing, compare the operating options on the pricing page. When the file and channel are ready, start free — 24-hour trial, no card.

FAQ

Is Muvi Live Standard really $99 per month?

Muvi’s official pricing page listed Standard at $99/month when checked on 3 October 2026. The page also showed monthly and yearly controls without making the active billing state clear in the captured content, so confirm whether the figure is month-to-month or a monthly equivalent under another commitment.

Which Muvi Live plan supports YouTube streaming?

Muvi advertises YouTube simulcasting across its live-streaming offering, and the plan comparison lists RTMP/HLS streaming. Confirm the exact account setup, encoder requirement, destination arrangement and YouTube prerequisites before an event, because the plan table does not settle every workflow detail.

Does Muvi Live include unlimited 24/7 streaming?

Muvi lists unlimited live streaming as a common plan feature, but its plans also specify included streaming hours and bandwidth, with overage charges applying. Its official pages currently show different hourly rates, so ask which rate and allowance apply to your resolution and continuous schedule.

Is Professional worth choosing for 4K?

Professional is the first listed tier whose comparison includes 4K, as shown on Muvi’s site in October 2026. Whether it is worthwhile depends on your source, viewers, bandwidth and variable infrastructure quote; HD may be sufficient for a spoken, devotional or static-image channel.
