You can review recent Super Chat and Super Sticker purchases in YouTube Studio by opening Earn, choosing Supers, and selecting See all in Your Super Chat and Super Sticker activity. YouTube documents that view for the past 30 days, but it does not document a general CSV export button there for every creator.

The clearly documented CSV route is in YouTube Studio Content Manager, which is available to eligible partners. If you have that access, use its Reports area and choose the Paid Features report. For ordinary creator accounts, use the Studio activity view for available transaction details and YouTube Analytics for revenue reconciliation rather than searching for an export control that may not be present.

Find Super Chat and Super Sticker activity in Studio

Start on a computer at YouTube Studio, rather than trying to locate the report from a viewer-facing watch page. Sign in to the channel that received the Supers. If you manage more than one channel, check the channel switcher before interpreting the figures.

In the left-hand menu, choose Earn. Then open Supers. YouTube's documented page contains a card called Your Super Chat and Super Sticker activity. Select See all to open the available creator-side purchase information.

The wording matters because several different records can be described casually as “Super Chat transactions”. The Studio activity page is about purchases associated with your channel. YouTube Analytics is about revenue reporting. A viewer's receipt is evidence of that viewer's purchase, not a statement of what your channel will receive.

If Earn or Supers is not visible, first check that you are signed into the correct channel and that the relevant monetisation features are available to that account. You can also review the channel requirements separately in this guide to checking whether a channel is eligible for YouTube live streaming. Eligibility for live streaming and access to a particular monetisation view are related to the channel, but they are not the same question.

Open Earn, Supers, and See all

The practical path is:

  1. Open YouTube Studio on a computer.
  2. Select Earn from the left menu.
  3. Open Supers.
  4. Find Your Super Chat and Super Sticker activity.
  5. Select See all.

Read the rows as available activity details, not automatically as your final bookkeeping total. Depending on what YouTube displays for the account and the current interface, you may see information such as the purchase, the viewer's message, the date, or the amount. Record the labels exactly as shown, especially if you are later matching a row to an Analytics figure or a payment record.

If you are preparing a monthly spreadsheet, add a source column such as YouTube Studio Supers activity and a retrieval date. This keeps a later reviewer from assuming that the row came from a bank statement or a tax document. It also helps you distinguish a manually copied activity record from a downloaded report.

Do not treat the absence of a visible download control as a failed search. The official creator instructions reviewed for this article describe the navigation to See all, but do not document a universal CSV button on that regular activity page. An individual account may show a different or newer interface, so use any export action that YouTube actually presents to you, but do not build your process around an undocumented button.

Understand the 30-day activity window

YouTube's help guidance says the regular Super Chat and Super Sticker activity view covers purchases from the past 30 days. In other words, this page is useful for checking recent activity, but it should not be treated as a complete historical ledger for every purchase your channel has ever received.

The 30-day period also changes how you should work. If you wait several months before copying information, older purchases may no longer appear in that view. That is especially relevant to channels that run continuously, such as a devotional broadcast, a local news loop, or a study stream that remains live while the operator is away. A quiet-looking page does not prove that no earlier Supers occurred.

A simple routine is to review the page on a regular schedule and save the information your bookkeeping process requires while it remains available. You can use a spreadsheet to enter the date, type of Super, displayed amount, currency if shown, message or identifier if shown, and the date you checked the page. Keep the original context in a notes column rather than silently converting every value into a home-currency total.

The 30-day view is also not the same as a 30-day payment or tax rule. YouTube's documentation describes what is visible in that Studio activity view; it does not establish how long you must retain records for accounting, tax, or local reporting. Ask your accountant which records and retention period apply to your business and country.

For a channel that broadcasts from a computer, recordkeeping should not depend on the stream surviving perfectly overnight. If your setup has experienced interruptions, keep an operational log alongside the financial notes. The advice in how to restart a 24/7 YouTube stream without losing its watch page is relevant to that continuity problem, although it does not replace YouTube's transaction records.

What the regular creator view does not document

The regular Earn > Supers > See all page is the documented place to review available recent activity. The reviewed YouTube instructions do not document a general CSV export route from that page for all creators.

That distinction prevents two common bookkeeping mistakes. First, you may spend time looking for an export button that your account does not have. Second, you may copy a third-party instruction that describes a different account type or an older interface and assume it applies to your channel.

This is not a claim that no creator will ever see an export control. YouTube can change its interface, and accounts can have different features. The precise conclusion is narrower: the official instructions for the regular creator activity view establish the review path, not a universal CSV download step.

If your own page does display a download action, check what it produces before relying on it. Confirm the date range, currency, whether Super Stickers are included, whether refunds or adjustments are labelled, and whether the file is a transaction listing or a revenue summary. Keep a copy of the downloaded file with the retrieval date and do not overwrite the original when you clean it for your spreadsheet.

Avoid substituting viewer-side purchase history. YouTube says a buyer receives an emailed receipt, and some newer Android app purchases are billed through Google Play and can be reviewed at pay.google.com. That evidence belongs to the buyer. It can help a viewer query a purchase, but it is not the creator's channel-side revenue record.

Use the Content Manager CSV route when available

The documented CSV route is for partners who use YouTube Studio Content Manager. It is not presented by YouTube as a general feature for every creator account.

If Content Manager is available to you, open Studio Content Manager and choose Reports from the left-hand menu. YouTube's documented sequence is to choose a report type, select a weekly or monthly view, choose a report version, and then select the report name to download it. Follow the labels in your own account because access and report availability can differ by partner relationship.

The report that includes Super Chat purchases is called Paid Features. YouTube says that report includes Super Chat purchases, memberships, Super Stickers, and YouTube Creator Partnerships. Choose it when you need a report covering paid features rather than a general activity screen.

Content Manager reports are automatically generated and, according to YouTube's report guidance, are available for 60 days after generation. That is a report-access window, not an accounting-retention rule. Download the reports you need before that window passes, then store them in a location where your normal bookkeeping records are backed up.

If your channel is not a Content Manager partner, do not infer that something is wrong because the Reports menu or Paid Features report is missing. Use the ordinary Studio activity view for the recent information it presents, and use Analytics and payment records for the separate reconciliation steps. You should not grant an outside person access to your channel merely to obtain a report path that YouTube has not made available to your account.

When a downloaded CSV contains non-Latin names or messages, check how your spreadsheet application reads the file. YouTube's Content Manager guidance notes that Microsoft Excel for Macintosh does not support UTF-8 encoding in this context and suggests using another spreadsheet application, such as Google Sheets. Preserve the original file before trying a different import setting so that a display problem does not become a changed source record.

Which report should you download

The following comparison keeps the routes separate:

Route Account access What it is for Export position Period or availability
Earn > Supers > See all Regular creator Studio access, where the feature is available Reviewing recent Super Chat and Super Sticker activity YouTube's reviewed instructions do not document a universal CSV control Purchases from the past 30 days, according to YouTube's help guidance
Analytics > Revenue > How you make money Creator access to YouTube Analytics Reviewing Supers revenue reporting This is a revenue-reporting area, not the documented Paid Features CSV route Use the dates and figures presented in Analytics
Content Manager > Reports > Paid Features Content Manager partner access Downloading a report that includes Super Chat purchases and other paid features YouTube documents downloading the selected report Generated reports are available for 60 days after generation, according to YouTube
Buyer receipt or purchase history The viewer who made the purchase Checking the buyer's own transaction Not a creator-side export It does not establish the channel's revenue record

Use the first route to inspect recent transaction information. Use the third route when your account has Content Manager access and you need the documented CSV report. Use Analytics when the question is how YouTube is reporting revenue, not simply what a viewer paid.

YouTube directs creators to YouTube Analytics > Revenue > How you make money for Supers reports. The number shown there should not be assumed to equal the viewer's gross purchase amount. YouTube states that creators receive 70% of Supers revenue confirmed by Google, calculated after local sales tax and iOS App Store fees are deducted. YouTube also says it currently covers transaction costs including credit-card fees.

That 70% statement describes the creator share of confirmed Supers revenue. It does not mean that multiplying every row in the activity view by 70% will always reproduce a payment or Analytics total. Confirmation, taxes, platform deductions, refunds, timing, currency conversion, and the distinction between activity and revenue can all matter. Use YouTube's reported revenue and your payment records for the reconciliation figure, and keep the purchase amount as a separate field.

Build a bookkeeping process that survives the 30-day view

A workable process has three layers rather than one supposedly perfect export.

The first layer is the activity check. Open Earn > Supers > See all while the relevant purchases remain in the 30-day window. Copy or save the available information in a consistent format. If a field is not shown, leave it blank rather than reconstructing it from a viewer's message or guessing the currency.

The second layer is the revenue check. Review Analytics > Revenue > How you make money for the relevant period. Note the date range used and whether you are looking at estimated or final information, where YouTube labels that distinction. Do not merge the Analytics total into the activity list as though each were the same type of record.

The third layer is the cash check. Compare the revenue reporting with the payment records available to your channel. Record the statement date, amount received, currency, and any difference requiring follow-up. A payment arriving in a later period is not automatically evidence that the underlying Super Chat happened in that later period.

For every saved file, use a clear name such as youtube-supers-2026-10-review.csv only when the file really is a CSV. For a manually prepared spreadsheet, use a name that says so. Keep the unedited download or screenshot separately from your cleaned working sheet, and restrict access to people who need the financial information.

If you operate a 24/7 channel from a spare computer or local setup, the bookkeeping routine should be independent of the streaming software. Guides to running a 24/7 nature stream from a spare computer without OBS and FFmpeg reconnect options for a 24/7 broadcast address delivery mechanics, not Super Chat records. That separation is useful: a stream can reconnect successfully while the financial review still needs to be completed separately.

If the repeated task of keeping a computer running is the part that causes missed reviews, StreamNeo removes that specific operating burden by letting you upload the video once, connect the YouTube channel, and have the broadcast run while your computer is switched off, with monitoring and automatic restart. You would still need to review YouTube's own activity, revenue, and payment records for bookkeeping.

Before committing, compare the operating options on the pricing page. When the file and channel are ready, start free — 24-hour trial, no card.

FAQ

Where do I see all Super Chat transactions in YouTube Studio?

On a computer, open YouTube Studio, choose Earn, open Supers, and select See all in Your Super Chat and Super Sticker activity. YouTube's documented activity view covers the past 30 days, so it is not a complete historical ledger.

Can every creator export the regular Super Chat activity view as CSV?

YouTube's reviewed instructions do not document a universal CSV export button on the regular Earn > Supers > See all page. Your account may show a different control after a later interface change, but do not assume that every creator has it.

Which YouTube report contains Super Chat purchases?

For partners with YouTube Studio Content Manager access, the Paid Features report includes Super Chat purchases. Open Reports, select the report type and weekly or monthly view, choose a report version, and select the report name to download it.

Is a viewer's Super Chat payment the same as creator revenue?

No. The viewer's purchase amount and the creator's confirmed revenue are separate concepts. YouTube says creators receive 70% of confirmed Supers revenue after local sales tax and iOS App Store fees are deducted, so reconcile with Analytics and payment records rather than applying a simple percentage to every activity row.
